Wonderful Getaway!
perfect beach white sands excellent views clean pools
The beach had perfect white sands ideal for walks. The gardens and palms provided excellent views around the whole place. The pools were clean and the ocean water was warm. I was happy the air conditioning in the room worked very well.
The check-in process was longer than expected. I waited a little while to get my room.

The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the hotel. I noticed that the reception swiftly addressed an air conditioning issue within 30 minutes. Waitresses on the beach were attentive and quick, too!

The rooms were a good size. The sheets were crisp and immaculate, very comfortable. I appreciated that the rooms were kept super clean and fresh bottled water was provided daily.

The hotel is directly on the beach, made access very easy. Gardens were beautifully maintained and featured interesting plants with helpful information. I enjoyed watching the monkeys play in the gardens. It was a fun bonus.

The resort has multiple swimming pools with different vibes. Sunbeds around the pools were comfortable. I saw that complimentary kayaks were available to use and daily sports activities were organized too, great!

EXCITING Stay!
clean room best shower beachfront furniture attentive staff
I stayed in a room with a shower. It was the best shower EVER. The beachfront furniture looked gorgeous. I loved the storage space in the room. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was amazing (the pancakes!) with MANY options.
The limited all-inclusive options meant the buffet was the main choice. More variety would have been a plus.

The staff was VERY helpful. Guest services checked on me regularly, especially Winnie and Coligues. Housekeeping did an EXCELLENT job with my anniversary decorations. They understood their job well. I LOVED the creativity and attention to detail.
